Privacy policy
Last updated: September 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SI QUEMA (“Sí Quema,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit siquemasupplements.com or any site that links to this policy, buy from us, sign up for our emails, or contact us (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and the products you buy.
- Payment information: payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners (for example Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see or store your full card number.
- Account information: if you create an account, your login email and order history.
- Email sign-up: your email address and the fact that you asked for offers.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, phone or contact form, including refund requests.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring site, approximate location (city/state level from IP), and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6.
Information from others
- Shopify, payment processors and shipping carriers (for example payment status, fraud checks and delivery updates).
- Advertising and social media partners, when marketing cookies are on (for example which ad brought you to the site).
2. How we use it
- To take, charge, ship and support your orders, including refunds under our Refund Policy.
- To send order and shipping updates.
- To send marketing emails if you signed up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To run, secure and improve the site, and to prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized purchases.
- To measure and improve our advertising, unless you opt out.
- To follow the law, enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights and the safety of our customers.
Buying a thermogenic supplement can say something about your fitness or weight goals. We use your purchase history only to fulfill and support your orders and, if you opt in, to send you offers. We do not use it to build health profiles, and we do not sell it.
3. How we share it
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers who run parts of our business for us, under contract: Shopify (store platform and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, email service providers, website hosting (for example Vercel), and customer support tools.
- Advertising and analytics partners (for example Meta, Google or TikTok), when analytics or marketing cookies are on. You can turn them off any time (Section 6).
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect against fraud or harm.
- Business transfers: if we sell, merge or reorganize the business, your information may move with it under this policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some state laws, letting advertising partners use cookies for targeted ads can count as “selling” or “sharing.” You can opt out any time (Section 7).
4. How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes (generally up to seven years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Other data is deleted or anonymized when we no longer need it.
5. Age limit
Our products are for adults 18 and older, and the Services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
6. Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use three kinds:
- Essential — keep your bag, run checkout, secure the site, prevent fraud and remember your cookie choice. These are always on because the store does not work without them.
- Analytics — tell us which pages people use so we can improve the site (for example Shopify Analytics). You can turn these off.
- Marketing — let advertising partners (for example Meta, Google or TikTok) measure ads and show you relevant ones on other sites. You can turn these off.
In the U.S., analytics and marketing cookies may be on by default, and you can turn them off any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer or with Global Privacy Control. Where the law requires consent first (for example in the EU and UK), a banner asks before any non-essential cookies are used. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the store (like the bag and checkout) may stop working.
Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser, and marketing cookies stay off. Our site does not otherwise respond to “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common standard for them.
7. Your choices and rights
- Marketing emails: click “unsubscribe” in any email, or email us.
- Cookies: use Cookie settings in the footer.
- Opt out of sale/sharing (“Your privacy choices”): use Cookie settings to turn off marketing cookies, turn on Global Privacy Control, or email us with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.”
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws), and to the extent those laws apply to us, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it;
- get a copy of it;
- correct it;
- delete it (we may keep what the law requires, such as order records for taxes);
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising;
- appeal our decision on your request; and
- not be treated differently for using any of these rights.
To make a request, email siquemasupplements.com@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” or call (562) 412-7471. We will verify your identity by matching information you give us (like your email and a recent order number) before acting on it. You can use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that they are authorized. We respond within the time the law requires (usually 45 days). If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Appeal.”
California “Shine the Light”: California residents may ask once a year whether we shared personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not do this. You can still ask by emailing us.
Categories collected in the last 12 months (California notice): identifiers (name, email, address, phone, IP); commercial information (orders, refunds); internet activity (pages viewed, clicks); approximate geolocation; and inferences limited to product preferences. Sources, purposes and recipients are described in Sections 1–3. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by California law, other than account login credentials if you create an account, which we use only to give you access to your account.
Consumer health data (Washington, Nevada and similar laws): the only information we collect that could relate to your health is which supplements you buy and anything you choose to tell us in a message. We collect it only to fulfill and support your order, we never sell it, and we do not share it with advertising partners without your consent. You can ask to see or delete it using the contact details below.
8. Security
Checkout and payments run on Shopify’s PCI-compliant platform, and the site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
9. Other sites
Links to other sites and apps (like Instagram or a carrier’s tracking page) are covered by their own privacy policies, not this one.
10. Where your data is processed
We sell to U.S. addresses only. We are based in the United States, and our service providers (including Shopify) may store and process your information in the United States, Canada and other countries where they operate.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a material change, we will post it here and, where required, tell you by email.
