Sí Quema Mango thermogenic fat burner powder, single tub Mango — single tub

Mango, up close

Mango is the round, sweet one in the line. It opens like ripe mango and finishes with a squeeze of citrus, so it never sits heavy or syrupy. If you usually reach for fruit-flavored drinks, juice-style pre-workouts or anything tropical, this is the easy first tub.

How to mix it: one scoop (4.5 g) in 8 to 12 oz of cold water. At 8 oz it tastes like mango nectar; at 12 oz it is lighter, closer to an agua fresca. A shaker bottle gets it smooth in a few seconds. In a glass, stir for 20 to 30 seconds and give it a moment to settle. Over ice the citrus gets sharper and the sweetness drops back.

When people take it: first thing in the morning, or about 30 minutes before training. One scoop a day, never more, and not within six hours of sleep.

Pick Mango if you like sweet fruit flavors, you are buying your first tub, or you want the flavor least likely to surprise you. Want something lighter? Try Watermelon. Want it tart? Kiwi Strawberry.

What is Sí Quema?

Sí Quema is a thermogenic fat burner powder from California, sold in four flavors (Mango, Watermelon, Kiwi Strawberry and Cucumber Lime) and a four-tub Variety Pack. Every flavor uses the same nine-ingredient formula per 4.5 g scoop: 200 mg caffeine anhydrous, 1 g N-acetyl L-carnitine HCl, 1 g L-carnitine L-tartrate, 500 mg L-tyrosine, 350 mg L-theanine, 100 mg Capsimax® cayenne extract, 75 mg gamma-butyrobetaine HCl, 50 mg AstraGin® and 40 mg grains of paradise extract. Every dose is printed on the label, with no proprietary blends. A tub holds 30 servings and costs $34.99, with 5% off two- and three-packs. It is meant to be used with a reduced-calorie diet and regular exercise, one scoop per day, and it is not for anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing. Sí Quema Mango is the ripe mango with a citrus finish version of that same formula.

Questions

Ask us
anything.

Straight answers, including the ones that don’t sell tubs.

Does Mango taste artificial?

It is sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame potassium, so it is sweet without sugar. The flavor is natural and artificial mango with a citrus finish. Think mango candy cut with a squeeze of lemon, not fresh-cut fruit.

Can I mix Mango with juice or coffee instead of water?

Water is what it is built for. Juice adds sugar and calories. Coffee, tea, soda or energy drinks add caffeine, and the label says not to combine Sí Quema with other caffeine or stimulants.

How much caffeine is in it?

200 mg per serving — roughly two cups of coffee. Do not combine it with other sources of caffeine: no coffee, energy drinks or pre-workout on the days you take it. If caffeine and you don’t get along, skip this one.

When should I take it?

One scoop a day, never more. Take it in the morning, or about 30 minutes before you train, and not within six hours of sleep — the caffeine is real and it will keep you up.

Am I going to sweat?

Yes, noticeably, and you should know that going in. That’s the gamma-butyrobetaine. It’s a side effect, not a measurement — sweating is not the same thing as burning fat, and any brand telling you otherwise is selling you a feeling.

Can I take it with my pre-workout?

No. Most pre-workouts carry 200 to 350 mg of caffeine on their own, and the label says not to combine Sí Quema with other sources of caffeine. Take one or the other, not both.

Do I still have to diet?

Yes. This supports a reduced-calorie diet and regular training — it does not replace either one, and nothing sold legally does. Individual results vary and depend on what you eat and how you train.

Who shouldn’t take this?

Anyone under 18. Do not use it if you are pregnant or nursing, or sensitive to caffeine. If you have high blood pressure, a heart, thyroid, liver or kidney condition, diabetes, anxiety or a seizure disorder, or you take any medication, talk to your doctor first and take the label with you. Stop using it if you have any adverse reaction.

What if it doesn’t work for me?

Thirty days, full refund, and you keep the tub. Send one message — no form, no return shipping, no questions about why.

Which flavor should I get?

Identical formula, identical doses in all four. Mango is rounder and a little sweet; Watermelon is light and cold; Kiwi Strawberry is the tart, loud one; Cucumber Lime is savory and sharp. Can’t decide? The variety pack is one of each.
