Sí Quema Cucumber Lime thermogenic fat burner powder, single tub Cucumber Lime — single tub

Cucumber Lime, up close

Cucumber Lime is the savory one. It takes its cue from pepino con limón: cool cucumber up front and fresh lime on the finish, with the least sweetness of any flavor in the line. It tastes closer to a sparkling cucumber water than to a fruit drink.

How to mix it: one scoop (4.5 g) in 8 to 12 oz of cold water. At 8 oz the lime is sharp and bright; at 12 oz the cucumber comes through and it gets very easy to drink. Shake it in a shaker bottle or stir it in a glass for 20 to 30 seconds. Serve it over ice.

When people take it: in the morning, or about 30 minutes before training. One scoop a day, never more, and not within six hours of sleep.

Pick Cucumber Lime if sweet drinks aren’t your thing, you grew up on pepino con limón, or you want the flavor that tastes least like a supplement. Want fruit instead? Watermelon is the light one, Mango the sweet one.

What is Sí Quema?

Sí Quema is a thermogenic fat burner powder from California, sold in four flavors (Mango, Watermelon, Kiwi Strawberry and Cucumber Lime) and a four-tub Variety Pack. Every flavor uses the same nine-ingredient formula per 4.5 g scoop: 200 mg caffeine anhydrous, 1 g N-acetyl L-carnitine HCl, 1 g L-carnitine L-tartrate, 500 mg L-tyrosine, 350 mg L-theanine, 100 mg Capsimax® cayenne extract, 75 mg gamma-butyrobetaine HCl, 50 mg AstraGin® and 40 mg grains of paradise extract. Every dose is printed on the label, with no proprietary blends. A tub holds 30 servings and costs $34.99, with 5% off two- and three-packs. It is meant to be used with a reduced-calorie diet and regular exercise, one scoop per day, and it is not for anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing. Sí Quema Cucumber Lime is the savory cucumber and fresh lime version of that same formula.

Questions

Ask us
anything.

Straight answers, including the ones that don’t sell tubs.

Is there chile in Cucumber Lime?

No. The flavor is inspired by pepino con limón y chile, minus the chile. Every flavor contains 100 mg of Capsimax® cayenne extract as part of the formula; it is encapsulated, so it isn’t something you taste.

Does Cucumber Lime taste sweet?

Only slightly. It uses the same sweeteners as the other flavors (sucralose and acesulfame potassium) but is built to taste savory and fresh, so it is the least sweet of the four.

How much caffeine is in it?

200 mg per serving — roughly two cups of coffee. Do not combine it with other sources of caffeine: no coffee, energy drinks or pre-workout on the days you take it. If caffeine and you don’t get along, skip this one.

When should I take it?

One scoop a day, never more. Take it in the morning, or about 30 minutes before you train, and not within six hours of sleep — the caffeine is real and it will keep you up.

Am I going to sweat?

Yes, noticeably, and you should know that going in. That’s the gamma-butyrobetaine. It’s a side effect, not a measurement — sweating is not the same thing as burning fat, and any brand telling you otherwise is selling you a feeling.

Can I take it with my pre-workout?

No. Most pre-workouts carry 200 to 350 mg of caffeine on their own, and the label says not to combine Sí Quema with other sources of caffeine. Take one or the other, not both.

Do I still have to diet?

Yes. This supports a reduced-calorie diet and regular training — it does not replace either one, and nothing sold legally does. Individual results vary and depend on what you eat and how you train.

Who shouldn’t take this?

Anyone under 18. Do not use it if you are pregnant or nursing, or sensitive to caffeine. If you have high blood pressure, a heart, thyroid, liver or kidney condition, diabetes, anxiety or a seizure disorder, or you take any medication, talk to your doctor first and take the label with you. Stop using it if you have any adverse reaction.

What if it doesn’t work for me?

Thirty days, full refund, and you keep the tub. Send one message — no form, no return shipping, no questions about why.

Which flavor should I get?

Identical formula, identical doses in all four. Mango is rounder and a little sweet; Watermelon is light and cold; Kiwi Strawberry is the tart, loud one; Cucumber Lime is savory and sharp. Can’t decide? The variety pack is one of each.
